First cook the Laura's Lean ground beef and add salt & pepper to taste.
Next add the coleslaw and minced garlic to the ground beef mixture.
Then add the soy sauce for flavor.
Place the mixture in a bowl for egg roll wrapping.
Place a small amount of mixture in center of egg roll wrapper.
Tightly wrap egg rolls until mixture is gone.
Deep fry in oil on 375F.
Remove egg rolls when golden brown and drain.
Serve with scallions, red peppers, cilantro, and sweet and sour dipping sauce.
