CHOCOLATE EARTHQUAKE COOKIES RECIPE

Easy and tasty chocolate cookies!

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup AMERICAN HERITAGE Chocolate Finely Grated Baking Chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • t teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a large bowl, mix melted butter and AMERICAN HERITAGE Chocolate Finely Grated Baking Chocolate
  • Then whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract
  • In another bowl, blend flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  • Slowly add flour mixture to the chocolate mixture with a large spoon and mix until combined
  • Roll dough with hands to form small balls
  • Then roll each individual ball in powdered sugar
  • Place on an ungreased baking sheet 1" apart
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F
  • Cool thoroughly on a wire rack
  • Enjoy!
