Preheat oven to 350°F
In a large bowl, mix melted butter and AMERICAN HERITAGE Chocolate Finely Grated Baking Chocolate
Then whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract
In another bowl, blend flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Slowly add flour mixture to the chocolate mixture with a large spoon and mix until combined
Roll dough with hands to form small balls
Then roll each individual ball in powdered sugar
Place on an ungreased baking sheet 1" apart
Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F
Cool thoroughly on a wire rack
