Method
- First cook the Laura's Lean ground beef and add salt & pepper to taste.
- Next add the coleslaw and minced garlic to the ground beef mixture.
- Then add the soy sauce for flavor.
- Place the mixture in a bowl for egg roll wrapping.
- Place a small amount of mixture in center of egg roll wrapper.
- Tightly wrap egg rolls until mixture is gone.
- Deep fry in oil on 375F.
- Remove egg rolls when golden brown and drain.
- Serve with scallions, red peppers, cilantro, and sweet and sour dipping sauce.
