PEAR Sports Mobile Training System Review
In the last few months I’ve made the decision to get back in the gym and start working out again. I’ve decided on healthier food choices by cutting out refined sugar for myself and my family, and I used the PEAR Sports Mobile Training System to help me along the way with my fitness goals!
The PEAR Sports Mobile Training System uses interactive coaching and mobile apps to help you reach your fitness goals. Through your Android or iPhone you have access to over 500 different workout apps that are tailored to your fitness needs using your heart rate.
In the box comes everything you need to get started. There is a heart rate monitor, earphones, instructions, and a little zippered pouch to store everything when not in use. The heart rate monitor connects to your phone with blue tooth technology. I had a little bit of trouble setting it up, but after a few tries I was ready to get started. I really liked that with the use of my phone, the prompts guide you through an entire workout and adjusts based on your heart rate.
I utilized the PEAR Sports Interactive Training Guide for Pregnant Women, led by Nancy Anderson. No, I’m not pregnant but the workouts are great for women of child bearing age and guide you through pre pregnancy workouts, trimester training that is safe during pregnancy, and post natal workouts. I am hoping to get in shape and add another little one to our crew in the future.
- Pre-Pregnancy Fitness: Strengthens your core and prepares your body for pregnancy.
- Trimester Training: Each workout is tailored to the needs of each trimester. They cover proper breathing, core strengthening, and pay special attention to muscles that will be used during birth.
- Post Pregnancy Workout: Core workouts that will help you to bounce back after delivery.
I really enjoyed having the motivation along the way with the guided workout! You can find the PEAR Sports App in iTunes and in the Google Play Store. For more info on the PEAR Sports Mobile Training System visit pearsports.com.
