Mother’s Day is just a few short weeks away on Sunday, May 11th. As Mom’s it’s our annual day of rest and recognition for all of our effort and hard work. I want share 5 Ways to Start Mother’s Day Stress Free so that you can enjoy your day to the fullest….because you deserve it!
5 Ways to Start Mother’s Day Stress Free
- Sleep In – I know sometimes this is hard to do, but if you can, on Mother’s Day stay in bed! Take an extra hour to get more rest. More sleep is vital to your health and helps you be the best mom you can be.
- Pray/Meditate/Reflect – Take time to think about all the wonderful things you have in life, no matter how small. Starting the day with a grateful heart is an amazing way to release stress because you realize you have more to be thankful for.
- Deep Breathing – Practice deep breathing before you get out of bed to help re-center, focus, and relax.
- Bubble Bath – Have a relaxing morning bubble bath. Block out any stressful thoughts, and just enjoy your “me time.” For more peace and tranquility, add essential oils for an aromatherapy treatment.
- Morning Coffee – If you love your morning cup of coffee like I do, drinking a cup can make your whole day go just right. This Mother’s Day I plan on relaxing with a cup of “Starbucks Spring Blend.”
Starbucks Spring Blend is highly aromatic and has a wonderful smooth taste. It goes great paired with Mother’s Day breakfast or brunch.
I love relaxing in the morning, and it’s even better on Mother’s Day with a cup of coffee.
Are you going to try any of my 5 Ways to Start Mother’s Day Stress Free? Have you tried Starbucks Spring Blend coffee?
