Roc House Fitness Spa
Last Saturday I was invited to spend the morning with a few of my blogger friends at Roc House Fitness Spa in Buckhead. It was a very welcomed break from everyday life, and I got to get in some much needed “me time.” It was the perfect way to start Mother’s Day Weekend!
Once I arrived I noticed the entire vibe of the spa is very peaceful and relaxed. I was given a quick overview so I could hurry down to the gym to join our Barre Ballet class!
On the lower level there are different areas for classes and stand alone workout.
Roc House offers a variety of fun classes, some of which include:
Curvy Girl Fit
Suspension Training
ROC Out Pilates
Sultry Chair
Stiletto Fit
ROC Boxing
Zumba
Ballet Barre
I have a few of those on my list to try in the near future!
One of my favorite aspects of the spa is that Roc House is for women only! Yes ladies, you can workout and get pampered without having to worry about men peering at you the whole time. There are men that work there, however none that are going to be staring you down as you exercise!
After our workout was done, it was time to shower and head back upstairs for our Spa Treatments!
Roc House Fitness Spa offers:
A Full Service Salon
Tinting & Tanning
Specialty Manicure & Pedicure Services
Waxing
Massage
Specialty Facials
Make-up Application
These ladies were super nice and ready to take care of all of our nail needs!
Roc House carries the best quality products for hair, skin & nails.
After our Spa Treatments we headed over to the Roc Cafe for a healthy brunch!
The Roc Cafe offers delicious healthy smoothies, sandwiches & soups. I love that there are healthy food options available right after your workout is over.
Spending my morning at Roc House Fitness Spa was a wonderfully relaxing, and peaceful way to start my Mother’s Day. I enjoyed every minute of it, and left feeling rejuvenated. I can’t wait to visit again!
