Make Healthy Changes This Year
A lot of people make New Year resolutions that can be unrealistic and hard to stick with throughout the year. I decided long ago that I wouldn’t make any difficult resolutions, but instead realistic goals that I can work towards. Gradual changes are easier to commit to and that way you’ll see results. Living a healthy lifestyle is a wholistic way of life. It doesn’t end and begin with healthy eating and exercise.
I put together this list of posts I have here on the blog to help you on your New Year health journey!
10 Ways to Drink More Water – I still have some trouble getting as much water as I should, but these tips have helped me consume more water. These tips are great for the whole family.

Weight Watchers Simple Start Program – Last year I started the Weight Watchers Simple Start Program and it was really easy. All I did was incorporate more ways to be healthy everyday and made a commitment to do them daily. No special diet was included. The whole family can get involved.
5 Little Known Uses for Raw Honey – I love Raw Honey, but not just for sweetening tea. The health benefits when you consume it are endless, but you can also use it on your hair and skin.

10 Ways to Combat Dry Skin Naturally – With colder winter temperatures, it’s easy to suffer from dry, itchy skin. These 10 tips will help you and your family stay moisturized throughout the season.
5 Ways to Clean Organically – I don’t use a lot of commercial cleaners with chemicals in my home. It’s easy and less expensive to use natural products to clean around the house. This post will help you with some ideas to make your own, safe cleaning agents.
Ways to Start the Day Stress Free – I actually wrote this post for Mother’s Day, but the tips are relevant for any time of the year. To be our best for our families, we have to be the best to ourselves.
I hope this list can help you make healthy changes this year! What healthy goals are you looking to accomplish for you and your family in 2015?
