We love smoothies in our house and I like to use a good mix of fruits and veggies. My kids always love this version of green smoothie and beg for more! Remember my food is made with love and measurements aren’t always taken.
Recipe as follows:
Frozen mangoes
Frozen pineapples
Frozen strawberries
Fresh banana slices
Couple handfuls of fresh spinach
Unfiltered apple juice for sweetener
Throw everything in a blender alternating fruit and spinach. Add apple juice 1/4 of a cup at a time until desired consistency is reached. For a more green smoothie add more spinach. Serve and enjoy!
