I’ve made it a morning habit and routine to drink warm lemon water before I get my day started. Lemons are filled with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Here I’ll list some of the health benefits:
Aids in digestion
Detoxification
Aids in weight loss
Boosts the immune system
Promotes clear skin
Hydrates the lymphatic system
Balances pH
Natural energizer
Promotes healing
Fights depression
If you want to start this routine just squeeze some fresh lemon juice and add a few lemon slices in 6oz of warm water and drink up! Make sure to do this before eating anything first thing in the morning. Try to wait 30 minutes before eating breakfast to get the full health benefits of warm lemon water.
