Grilled Peaches Recipe
It’s peach season and the end of the summer! I know you all are busy planning your Labor Day barbecue’s and family gatherings, so I wanted to share this quick and easy Grilled Peaches Recipe. Right now you can find peaches for a good price, so it’s the perfect time to buy them fresh. I can get peaches at my local farmers market for about .99 cents per lb. For this recipe I make sure they aren’t overly ripe. You want the peaches to maintain some firmness so they won’t fall apart on the grill.
This recipe is not only easy, but it’s healthy as well. I don’t add any sugar, and only raw honey as a sweetener. Topped with fresh goats cheese and a sprig of mint makes this the perfect end of summer treat. Here’s how:
- 5 fresh peaches, halved & pitted
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Coconut Oil
- Raw Honey
- Goats Cheese
- Sprig of Mint
- Sprinkle each peach half with cinnamon & nutmeg to your liking
- Drizzle the top with coconut oil
- Grill face down for about 5-7 minutes
- Serve with raw honey drizzled on top
- Sprinkle with fresh goat cheese
- Add sprig of mint
These flavors combined taste amazing! I promise you won’t be disappointed. The kids will like them too, and there isn’t any “mom guilt” involved. No added sugars and fresh ingredients make these grilled peaches a winner!
Do you have any special plans this holiday weekend? Are you going to try my Grilled Peaches Recipe?

July 6, 2015 at 7:55 pmWe recently discovered the fabulous taste of grilled peaches! We first tried it with just brown sugar and a fruit dip (it was awesome, check our blog!), but we will definitely try your way! We’re trying to figure the taste of the mint and goat cheese tho…..
