We love fruit and granola parfait in our house. It’s good for breakfast or even as a quick healthy snack. It’s extremely easy to make and many different fruit and yogurt variations will work. Here’s how I make mine:
- 32oz Stoneyfield French Vanilla Yogurt
- Fresh strawberries sliced
- Fresh blueberries
- Green grapes
- Plain granola
First rinse the fruit and dry, then slice the strawberries. Start with a small layer of yogurt on the bottom of a glass. Next layer the fruit then granola on top. Continue this pattern until you fill the glass ending with granola as the top layer. This is super simple and delicious. Enjoy!
