In this post I share my product review of Freeman Feeling Beautiful Facial Polishing Mask with Charcoal & Black Sugar. A few weeks ago, in the mail I received product samples of Freeman Feeling Beautiful Facial Masks from Klout. I was in no way compensated for the samples or this post and received them for free.
Of the three samples, the one that stood out to me the most was the Facial Polishing Mask with Charcoal & Black Sugar. So much so, I decided to go out and buy the full sized product myself. It cost me $3.99 at CVS Pharmacy, or you could buy 2/$7. The Facial Polishing Mask is something I would use at nighttime before going to bed, but you can use it day or night. In fact, I’m wearing it right now as I type this post at midnight!
When I squeeze it out of the tube I can feel the sugar and charcoal in between my fingers. I like the glittery look to it. It has a light fragrance that isn’t overwhelming and actually smells pretty pleasant. It’s a plus that it has a few natural ingredients besides the charcoal and sugar; some of them are banana, papaya, ginger, raspberry, sandalwood, and lavender.
When I rub it on, it feels like it has a slight warming sensation to it. I’m going to assume that’s the activated charcoal part of the mask. The Facial Polishing Mask feels gentle, and not overly abrasive like some scrubs can be. You have to leave the mask on for 5 to 7 minutes, then rinse with warm water. While I wait I try to do something relaxing to create a spa like experience at home. When I rinse it off I’m left with baby soft, smooth skin. I love the feeling!
Overall I love the Freeman Feeling Beautiful Facial Polishing Mask with Charcoal & Black Sugar. It’s a great deal for the price and should last quite a while. December 20, 2013 at 9:07 pmI love Klout! I have to say, charcoal and black sugar wouldn’t seem like a nice mixture but hey, if it works the great! I have never used any of their products before, thanks for the heads up!

January 17, 2014 at 3:22 pmI’ve seen these at the store, but honestly didn’t know they were for facials, thought, “ohh, perhaps squeezible baby food..” bc if I’m in the store without my other half, it’s me against 2 littles, lol! I’m (politely) rushing to get in and out with what I need from my list- FAST, LOL. My face def needs a tune-up, thanks!
