Four Infused Water Recipes + Printable
Getting enough water daily seems to be one of my biggest challenges. I have yet to love the taste of just water alone. I feel like my water just needs something! To add that “something” to my water I’m going to be making more fruit & veggie infused waters this year for the whole family. It’s recommended we get about 8-10 glasses of water daily and probably more than that during the dry winter months. I know I fall short of those 8-10 glasses, so I’m trying out this new product I bought at CVS found in the baby aisle called DripDrop.
DripDrop is an inexpensive way to help the entire family stay hydrated, and you just mix it with water. I decided to create this Berry Infused Water with my DripDrop Hydration Powder. Adding fruit to water makes it more appealing and palatable, and DripDrop aids in speedy hydration.
I started with fresh sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Placed them in a pitcher along with three packets of DripDrop Hydration Powder in lemon flavor. You use one packet of DripDrop Hydration Powder for every 8oz of water.
Mix three glasses of water in with the DripDrop Hydration Powder and berries. Make sure to stir well. Serve and enjoy!
DripDrop Hydration Powder is good for the entire family, except children under 1. BabyCake gives my fruit infused water a thumbs up!
I’ve created this infused water recipes printable below so you can stay hydrated this year too! The recipes are for a pitcher of water so your family can drink throughout the day. You can scale up or down to your needs. Just right click to print or save!
With this digital print at home coupon: http://dripdrop.com/cvscoupon/ you can save $1.00 off with the purchase of any ONE (1) box of DripDrop Hydration Powder available from 1/25/15 – 2/21/15 while supplies last at your neighborhood CVS.
Are you committed to drinking more water this year? What’s your favorite infused water recipe?

February 17, 2015 at 11:37 pmThis is something I’m definitely going to look into. I struggle on a daily basis with water intake, so anything that will aid in that I’m all for. Do you know if it’s safe for pregnant or nursing mothers?
