Fit Made Fun with Leap Frog
Last Saturday, September 6, 2014 was Fit Made Fun Day! Fit Made Fun Day was all about getting kids active and having a good time while doing it.
To celebrate Fit Made Fun Day, me & a few of my friends and their kids got together for a Fit Made Fun Play Date. I was gifted these new Leap Band’s by Leap Frog and CLIF Kid ZBAR Protein snacks for the kids to try out during the Play Date.
Leap Band’s are a new type of fitness tracker for kids. You can customize the band for each of your children, then head over to LeapFrog.com to check out their progress for the day. There are fun prompts and animated pets that aid in getting kids moving. Rewards are earned as kids act out the prompts. The Leap Band is perfect for BabyCake! She’s four years old and loves to act out all of the fun games.
AJ, Joyce’s son from MommyTalkShow.com, checks out the Leap Band and how it works.
The Leap Band has these cool features:
Rechargeable Battery
Water Resistant
Parent Controls
Audio Instructions
After working up a sweat, all of the kids enjoyed a CLIF Kid ZBar Protein snack. They are especially made for kids with 70% organic ingredients. Just keep in mind that ZBar Protein snacks are not gluten free, and contain soy and dairy for those kids who have allergies.
BabyCake loved the chocolate chip ZBar Protein snack. I loved that they contain no high-fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, or synthetic preservatives and artificial flavors. You can find CLIF Kid ZBar Protein snacks at your local grocer or natural food store.
The kids had a lot of fun hanging out with each other, and getting busy using the Leap Band’s. For more info on the Leap Band visit LeapFrog.com!
Did your family participate in Fit Made Fun Day? Would your kids enjoy getting active with Leap Band?
