Fall Getaway: Evergreen Marriott Resort
This Fall I’m going to be sharing some fun family getaways close to Atlanta! You don’t have to travel far outside of the city to enjoy the beauty this season has to offer. The first destination on my list is the Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort located in Stone Mountain, Ga. Did you know there is a beautiful resort located inside Stone Mountain Park? Stone Mountain Park is one of our favorite places to visit.
The Evergreen Marriott Resort has been named a Green Leader by Trip Advisor. That means it’s an eco-friendly green minded hotel. Each room offers beautiful views of Stone Mountain Park. If you have a large family like ours, you can request a connecting room or various bed types to accommodate your needs.
The resort offers heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and they provide towels. If you’re interested in getting a workout in, you can head to the fitness center or take a quick hike or bike ride in Stone Mountain Park.
One of the amenities I’m most interested in is the Spa!
The Spa at Evergreen offers:
Body scrub
Body wrap
Couple’s Massage
Facials
Foot bath
Kids Services
Manicures/pedicures
Massages
Men’s services
Paraffin hand treatments
Waxing
*Take note that advance appointments are required*
The Evergreen Marriott Resort offers many packages, but Discover Autumn in Stone Mountain Park is perfect for the season.
It includes:
• Overnight Deluxe accommodations (1 king
or 2 double beds)
• Two-day Stone Mountain Park
Adventure Passes featuring Marriott’s Play
Another Day, which gives you a second day
of park attractions for free!
• Buffet Breakfast in hotel restaurant
At Stone Mountain Park you can take in some beautiful sights!
