Bounty Power Meet Up
Recently Oprah’s Life You Want Tour hit Atlanta! I had the opportunity to be one of the first people to check out O-Town and attend the Bounty Power Meet Up hosted by Carla Hall from ABC’s The Chew. I love Carla Hall! As an entrepreneur and someone who loves food, she is a huge inspiration for me on this journey. The panel included Carla Hall, Karmetria Burton, and Nicole Jones. I was excited to listen to these ladies share their advice and tips on how women can “bring it” in their lives to discover hidden potential and courage to overcome any obstacle.
Some great take away’s I gained from listening in:
Always put your family first, business is second.
Look at how many times you get up, not when you fall.
You have to have a team to be successful. Learn how to delegate tasks.
Speak up for yourself. Add value and stop apologizing.
Don’t second guess yourself.
You have to be authentic to yourself and listen to your inner voice.
All of the ladies who stopped by the Bounty Tent at O-Town for the Life You Want Tour were able to leave a message on this board!
The opportunity to chat with Carla Hall was amazing! I think I hugged her three times!
She gave me some great advice on entrepreneurship and how to “bring it!”
Carla was extremely warm, friendly, and down to earth. Just how I imagined her to be! She is no different than that bubbly personality you see on ABC’s The Chew.
I left the Bounty Power Meet Up feeling inspired in my own life and business, and ready to “bring it!”
As a woman, what ways do you “bring it” in your life? What women inspire you to pursue your dreams and goals?
