Smoothies are a simple and delicious way to get your servings of fruits and veggies for the day. I use fresh and frozen fruit in my smoothies. I like for them to have a little thickness to them. I made this smoothie with love so I didn’t measure the fruit much. I threw it all in a blender.
Recipe as follows:
Frozen strawberries
Fresh blueberries
Frozen mango
Fresh spinach (couple handfuls)
Unfiltered apple juice for sweetener
Blend it all up and taste, adjust with more fruit or spinach and serve!
