In this post I teach you how to make my Summer Cobb Salad. My family eats salads quite a bit in the summer. They are quick and easy to make and it’s no need to heat up the kitchen with the stove or oven.
For this salad you’ll need:
- 1 head of lettuce (Green leaf or romaine)
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
- 3 hard boiled eggs sliced
- 5 pieces of cooked bacon for bits
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1 cooked boneless chicken breast shredded
- 8oz of shredded cheddar cheese
First layer the lettuce on the bottom of a bowl or dish. Next add the toppings alternating veggies and proteins. Then serve! Try this salad with my Homemade Ranch Dressing.
