Vintage Peach Bellini Mocktail
It’s peach season here in Georgia! If you’ve never had a Georgia peach, then you’re missing out! Summer isn’t over yet, and a perfect way to spend the days of August is with a refreshing drink. I live just a couple of blocks from my local Kroger, so I headed there to buy all the ingredients to make a delicious Peach Bellini Mocktail. This drink is non-alcoholic, and I made it with Vintage Sparking Water. Vintage Sparkling Water comes in 6 flavors: Cucumber Melon, Lime, Lemon, Original, Pink Grapefruit, and Coconut. You can find it in the same aisle that water is sold for about $3.99.
I’m always looking for ways to increases my water intake, and Vintage Sparkling Water is a good way to do it. It’s made of only two ingredients: carbonated water and natural fruit flavors. Since cutting back on my families sugar consumption a few months ago, I even feel comfortable letting the kids drink Vintage Sparkling Water as well. It has no high fructose corn syrup, no added sugar, no artificial flavors or colors, and it’s gluten free.
I added a little fresh mint to this Bellini because it’s so refreshing. This drink is great to serve at parties or just to have in the afternoon as an invigorating beverage. You can serve your Bellini in any kind of glass you like, but nothing says summer like a mason jar!
- 1 can of Vintage Sparkling Water in Pink Grapefruit
- 1 cup of peach juice or nectar
- 2 ripe peaches sliced
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- Ice
- Place ice, sliced peaches, and mint in mason jar
- Mix peach juice and Vintage Sparkling Water in drink mixer
- Pour juice mixture over the ice and fruit
- Garnish with extra peach slices and mint
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Vintage Sparkling Water is fat and calorie free. This Vintage Peach Bellini Mocktail is a guilt free treat. My kids even loved having some after I made it.
