I was provided the 2015 Kia Sedona to test out for a week, free of charge in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed here are my own.
2015 Kia Sedona Review
Recently the kids and I were able to test the new & fully loaded 2015 Kia Sedona. The Sedona is the ultimate minivan. I’ve never seen myself as a “minivan mom”, but this one makes me reconsider. It’s luxe and spacious interior, modern features, and advanced technology make it the perfect family vehicle. It’s great for road trips or just running errands through the city.
We drove the Sedona around Atlanta, and it was extremely roomy and spacious. It features two power sunroofs for the front & second row. The seats in the middle are known as “second-row First-Class Lounge Seating.”
These reclining seats are the top level of comfort that can come in a family vehicle. The arm & headrests are adjustable, and the seats are able to slide forward, and even side to side. I was really hoping I could relax in the back and someone drive me around, but it didn’t happen! BabyCake tried out the feature instead.
There is sooooo much space available in the Kia Sedona! The Sedona has available seating for 8 passengers, but you can change up the configuration for more room. The third row folds completely into the back so that you can use all the space for cargo.
Even with the third row seats up, there was enough trunk space to fit all of the kids ride-on’s. The trunk space is deep, so you will still be able to fit lots of groceries and shopping bags.
One of my favorite features in the Sedona is the 360 Camera Display. Once you put the vehicle in reverse, it allows you to see everything surrounding your car. You will continue to see everything around it until you drive above 15 mph. There are also several sensors surrounding the car that lets you know when you’re coming too close to another vehicle to avoid scratching up the paint or any parking lot fender benders.
Have you ever fumbled around in the dark looking through the trunk for something you can’t find? The Sedona has a solution for that! This nifty flashlight is located in the trunk.
The 2015 Kia Sedona is loaded with useful tech features such as:
Blind-Spot Detection System
Lane Departure Warning System
Active ECO System
Keyless Entry & Push Button Start
Cooling Glove Box
Heated Front & Second Row Seats
Heated Steering Wheel
Smart Power Liftgate
Smart High beam Lights
We enjoyed our week with the 2015 Kia Sedona. It has so many bells & whistles and it was a great family car to drive! For more info, price points, and to find a Kia dealer near you, visit Kia.com.
