Thanks to Toyota I was able to test out this 2014 Toyota Highlander but all opinions expressed here are my own!
2014 Toyota Highlander Review
The Toyota Highlander is perfect for families who need a lot of room! The Highlander is considered a mid-size SUV, but there is nothing lacking about it’s size. Once I realized this Toyota seats up to 8, I decided we needed to call a friend to enjoy the ride too.
I picked up my fellow blogger boo, MJ from FabHauteMama and her cutie patootie toddler Sugar Plum Z to come spend the day with us! Selfies with 4 kids are kind of hard to take!
All of the space and seating options inside the 2014 Highlander made it easy for us to maneuver with all of the kids. Even the third row can fit two car seats. Both the second and third row are equipped with LATCH anchors for ease of car seat installation. The rear seats easily recline, or fold completely flat. This SUV provides complete versatility! It has all of the great options I’ve come to know and love that Toyota provides in their vehicles.
Some of which include:
Remote keyless entry
Push Button Start
Touch Screen Navigation
Backup Camera
Leather Trimmed Seating
Bluetooth Wireless Technology
Power tilt moonroof with sunshade
Three Zone Automatic Climate Control
Navigation around the city was made simple with the turn by turn directions.
We made it to the playground and to one of our favorite restaurants in downtown Decatur.
There are so many possibilities with all the space in the Highlander! We could have easily had a picnic in the back with all the seats down.
The Toyota Highlander gets about 25 miles per gallon city & highway combined. There are also some awesome safety features like the roll sensing side curtain airbags. It has most of what I would look for in a great vehicle for our family. I’ll definitely have the Highlander on our list of cars when it’s time for an upgrade!

What would you do with all of the seating options in the 2014 Toyota Highlander?

November 14, 2014 at 3:38 pmWe had so much fun that day. Thanks for letting us join in. I couldn’t stop raving about the Highlander to the Hubs. With another on the way, we definitely need an upgrade.
